Hey. I have a question concerning my 1969 mercury cougar eliminator. I too have to have the metal bars that are suppose to lift when I turn on my lights but they do not move. As you can tell this causes a problem because now they block my lights at night. I am guessing it is a fuse somewhere but I can't find it. Please help!!
